Autonomous Recorders and Battery Packs
Power supply and memory recording for downhole tools without a logging cable.

Designed to power downhole geophysical tools and record their data into internal memory while running on a battery pack, with subsequent readout of the recorded data.
The battery pack (BB) and autonomous recorder (AR) assembly is installed in the battery and recording modules (BBR) of autonomous geophysical systems used in deviated and horizontal wells. Rechargeable cells or lithium batteries are used depending on temperature requirements. Packs with rechargeable cells can be charged; in lithium packs the controller tracks operating time and consumed capacity.
Testing, programming, data readout and charging are performed with the GORIZONTAL interface unit.
